I’m as prone to “bad days” and “crappy attitude” moments as anyone else. These have near 100% correlation with focus-on-myself. (Journaling helps you see this pattern, and your triggers.)
I invite people to do this experiment:
Step 1. Focus your eyes on your belly button.
Step 2. Run as fast as you can.
